This is a New York style
French Bakery and Coffee Shop.
We come from New York and everything about our restaurant is in this
style, from the food, baked goods, coffee, and the atmosphere.
We
believe you will like this style regardless of whether you
are
Farong or Thai because people of all nationalities love good food.
We created a "homey
and cozy" coffee shop with a "magical atmosphere"
that takes you to a different place. Come here to enjoy a New
York West Village scene.
We bake everything in our restaurant and use the finest ingredients
available. For instance,
- Belgium Chocolate
- Jam from Austria
- Butter from France and Australia
We chose Hillkoff
Coffee because
it has the best flavor we have found in Thailand. They are based in
Chiang Mai and use 100% Arabica beans grown in northern Thailand. They
roast to perfection resulting in a rich flavor with good body.
